Partners

Our partners are typically groups that have approached Green Pastures with a desire to house the homeless in their area. Each partner agrees to house and care for the homeless in their locality, in properties identified by the partner, and purchased by Green Pastures.

The Responsibilities of a Partner

1. Researching and finding an appropriate property.
2. Checking the accommodation.
3. Ensuring the tenants are ready to move into the house and placing new tenants when individuals move on.
4. Sustaining the tenancy through pastoral care, administration, and maintenance
